Activity description

Established in 1965 with the name “MOLLIFICIO VALLI MAURO” and with a working space of around 100 square meters, the Company grew up over the years until reaching to reach the current 20.000 square meters (of which nearly 9.000 square meters are undercover) and a permanent workforce of more than 140 among workers, managers and office staff. The Company, which is located in Via Ceserio 39, Oleggio Castello (NO), Italy, became a Limited Company in 1990.

We are specialized in the production and selling of compression springs from 0,08 up to 8 mm wire diameter, extension and torsion springs from 0,15 up to 6,0 mm wire diameter, metal rings also wireform, strips and tubes presswork for all industry application.
We are supplier and partner of the most important multinational groups in the automotive, electrical appliance, electromechanical, valve and food sectors. We are equipped with updated production systems and control tools used by high skilled specialised personnel.

MOLLIFICIO VALLI srl is a certified Company. In February 1997 we got ISO 9002:1994 accreditation from BUREAU VERITAS QUALITY INTERNATIONAL and in December 2002 we achieved ISO 9001 certification. In May 2005 the Quality Management System has been audited and found to be in accordance with the requirements of ISO/TS 16949 for automotive production; in April 2008 the Environmental Management System has been successfully certificated against ISO 14001:2004.
